Instruction Booklet - Reproduction Games

I have 2 question, I was thinking of buying some reproduction games such as legend of zelda parallele world and I was wondering.
1-Do they come with instruction booklet.
2-If not does anybody do some
I know it might sound like a request but it's also a general question and it could help people that have the same question.

Im pretty sure Kogami will make you repros if you ask him. For a while he didnt have a paypal so I could never buy from him but Im pretty sure he has one now. I wanted to buy an english Secret of Mana 2 manual from him and get the cover art he used on his Gunmans Proof box but he tried to hustle me into buying a complete copy and wouldnt send the box art even after I offered to pay for it because he was paranoid that I would misuse it. Im pretty sure he comes here looking for high quality scans of SFC games so he can make boxes for his repros.
