First off, welcome to the site! New members are always welcome and don't be afraid to ask questions if they aren't already answered in the FAQ. As for your request: Be more specific. Are you asking for a raw scan or providing one? The one you posted is way too low quality to make a cover out of and technically isn't a raw scan since you pulled it from Play-Asia. This site doesn't have a JP version of this cover, so I can at least assume you were smart enough to look to see if the cover existed before requesting

Hm I'm not sure if we even have a member that owns the JP version of this game, but with all the MGS art out there, I imagine it wouldn't be that hard to find some for a cover.
