the problem with paint is that everytime you save a JPG, artifacts occur, and less quality is preserved. You save it 5 times, and the whole picture will look like crap compared to the original. Photoshop gives the option to keep quality in place for a larger filesize. Photoshop you can choose 12/12 for maximum quality, paint gives a standard 7/12 or so and you cannot change that. |

Ok, just made another one of Return of Double Dragon: http://www.megaupload.com/?d=Q4DMSJ8R Please let me know what you think of it. I used photoshop a lot more this time and I'm getting the hang of it (although it still takes me a lot of time) This title is not on the site yet either, so I also tried uploading it but got an error message :-\ |

Ok now I need some help.. I Just created the Contra III retail cover and it turned out beautiful! Also, after discovering a few nice tricks I edited Super Metroid and Return of Double Dragon a bit more. However, somehow (and I don't know how this happened), the Super Metroid cover dropped from 300 to 95 dpi! The other 2 are still 300 dpi... Is there a way to change this back, WITHOUT resizing the cover? I mean its basically just info for the printer, right? Please help me out here! |
