sega genesis WWF Super Wrestlemania cover

i was wonder if someone could make the WWF Super Wrestlemania cover? all i could find was this cover http://www.thecoverproject.net/view.php?game_id=4851  and it would be nice for the cover to have hulk hogan on the cover
