Box scans from Youtube videos?

Hm I don't really get it. How can you get a high res picture from a low res youtube video? Even the HD ones just have 720p which means a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels. A 300dpi scan has a resolution of 3366 x 2100 in an UGC so that is almost triple the resolution right?

I think he means that you can see what the side labels look like. Once you have an image (even a low rez one) from the video you know what artwork to look for on the net. I don't think he actually means using a screen-capture from the youtube video.  Or maybe he means its a good way to find people who have the boxes and request them to scan it?

To clear up some confusion.

I found a youtube video that was about "Unboxing N64 Zelda Ocarina of Time".  After watching 3 minutes of the video, he finally showed the side of it

Because it is extremely hard to find the extra flaps, Youtube helped with a 1.5 second glimpse of the shot I was in search of -

After I knew what I was looking for, I could easily search google for "bow and arrow the legend of zelda ocarina of time" and found this picture

Took a little while to match up color contrasts, and this is the finished product for my Zelda Oot Minicase
