I want to put together a Genesis size cover too but I remember shenske saying that the dimensions we have on the site are not correct. Did we come up with the correct dimensiosn yet? Ive been printing mine out at 3200 x 2044.

I tried those dimensions and there was a pretty noticeable difference between the retail size and my printed out cover. I have yet to try the 3200 x 2044 but i will on my next trip to office max.

Yup. They work ok for me. EA/Codemasters cases are wider though. It looks to me (visual only, not measured) that the 2nd style of MD cases are slightly wider than the grid versions too, but that may be an optical illusion. Would be good to come up with a figure between all of us to work with, allowing for EA/Codemasters and they're wider cases with odd shaped carts. This affects Master System too.
