They were really a "love 'em or hate 'em" kinda company, but I personally think they did some great translations. :)

Even those who hate on their translations should at least give them credit where it is due. Where would series like Lunar or Growlanser be in America without Working Designs? Absolutely nowhere.

Working Designs was the first company to really show that you could bring very Japanese games to America and create a devoted following. Without them, I don't think there would even be a place for companies like Atlus, NIS, AkSys, Ignition, UFO and several other companies that have picked up where they left off.
