The cover is of the right dimensions for a UGC (3,366x2,100 , same size as all the N64 covers I've downloaded).  From what I know UGC covers don't fit on "standard" printer paper (only fits on 8.5x14 paper), you'll have to find something bigger. If anything you just might not be printing at 100% ratio, my computer always seems to want to print at 130% and I have to fix it manually. It's probably not a good idea to be posting link that makes you automatically download the cover, might not be good for bandwidth and all ;)

I have that problem sometimes also, just tell the printer to print at 32% and all is fine.

Ok I was checking the measurement under Photoshop and they seem different to another cover which printed in the right size.

The X-Men says on Image Size:

Document Size:

Width 46.75in
Length 29.167in
Resolution 72

Now I checked the same Dimensions on another cover which printed (super empire strikes back - snes)

Width 11.2in
Length 7in
Resolution 300

so was the xmen scanned wrong?
