Im really diggin these colored covers for dvd cases, but I have a question which may or may not have been answered already. How can you fit a hucard in a dvd case? do you have to mod it?

I just got a turbografx 16 with no games yet so I cant check it out myself, but I plan on getting a few soon and would really like to use these attractive covers.

If someone could show me a picture of how it fits I would appreciate it, Thank you.

Here are the titles BadChad    http://www.ektophase.com/TG16/TextOrangeBC3.zip
(sorry for delay)

The easiest way is this. (works good as long as your not throwing the cases around)

but you could also stick them in paper cd/dvd sleeve like this

I haven't gotten around to going to a collector shop to pick up some baseball/comic card holders
was going to play around with that idea too.

oh I see, didn't even expect that. I would probably flip my case upside down because I like my games on the right side of the case when I open them. Thanks again.

Thanks for the title layers Ektophase. And funny that were on the topic of hu-cards in a DVD case because I just came up with a much better solution for storing mine. Heres what I came up with:

So I found these tag clips the other day that work perfectly. Its a hard plastic clip with soft rubber teeth in the middle. And it has a strong sticky on the underside to stick to the inside of the case.

So all I did was cut out the disk holder in the middle of the case and placed the clip in the middle off to the side.

Then I slipped the sleeve in the clip without the hu-card first and then slipped the hu-card into the sleeve afterwards. The clips holds the hu-card tightly in place and leaves you the space you need to store your manual.

These clips also work as great replacement clips inside the original jewel cases. The jewel case still closes perfectly and only slightly pushes against the front of the case.

There was just no way I was going to settle with my hu-cards sitting in the manual clips on the DVD case so I came up with this solution! Works for me! ;D

that looks much more presentable and I like how it leaves room for the manual. I like that idea a lot more, where can you buy those clips?

I guess I should of mentioned where I got these lol. I actually found these clips at a corner store just down the street from my place. They just come in a plain clear bag with no branding on it or anything. Not sure where they get them. I think it was like $5 for a bag of 50, so roughly 10 cents a peice. Not sure if there available online but if it comes down to it I could buy some and ship them out to you guys if we have too.

The owner of this shop will be quite shocked when you come in his shop the next time buying 100 packs of those clips. ;D

I googled adhesive clips and something like this looks like it may also work

Maybe ask the owner and see if you can get any additional info on them as well.

Got a potentially silly question. Is there a guide to the colour coding? I have a few of the old cases but for the life of me I can't remember the denotions for each colour. Green was action if I recall, but I'd really appreciate a point in the right direction on where to find out the coding. I want my tg16 stuff uniform.

Here we have the infamous China Warrior
I was going to use a picture of the potato hitting his head but the last picture was more humorous.

I gotta ask Ektophase. I notice on all your covers you use "Number of Stages". Every retail box Ive seen has "Number of Levels". Do certain games actually say "Stages" instead of "Levels"? I havent noticed any.

Anyway, I havent contributed much lately (I have a special someone in my life now! ;)) so heres a few more covers!

Cadash:

Dungeon Explorer:

Man did they ever slack on the screenshots for this game. Took me all of 5 min to snap exact shots from the the box. They didnt even bother to showcase the multiplayer let alone switch the character! :P

World Class Baseball:

EDIT: Also have a Neutopia II cover in the works. Think you send the text layer for the orange template Ektophase? Thanks
