I wish EBGames here in Winnipeg still sold SNES and N64 games. There is one, but they want $14.99 for a bunch (most are sports games). Actually, I think they have 10 copies of the same game.

Pickin's are slim here, too.
Most of the EB Games & Gamestops (both owned by the same company) have cleared out most of their N64/PS1/Dreamcast stuff. It appears they ship it all to a few select stores that sell it.
Lucky for me, my local Gamestop manager accepts it from the other stores.
Most of it is sports stuff, now... :(
but I was able to score Tomb Raider - Last Revelation & Toy Commander for $6.00 total. both appear new.

When we first heard about it, a chum and I hit our Rhino. Some of the better stuff was gone, but he buffed his NES collection by about thirty games for as many dollars.

I did manage to snag Phantasy Star II for just five dollars, though. Not bad, I suppose.

I'm actually a bit upset at the buy-out. It was the best game store we had in town.

Haha, yeah I have some Aggie friends and I was thinking about asking them. Then again A&M has 50,000 students and I bet that store has already been hit.

We have EBGames here in Australia as well.  Latest Games only though.  Gametraders is a pretty good company though.  They are each independent franchises but link through a national database, and have games dating back to NES.  So if the store doesn't have it, they find out if any other does and simply puts you in contact.  It about US$10 for a PS1 game, US$23 for PS2, US$15 for N64 carts without cases (add $8 for a wrinkly old box), and US$20 for Dreamcast games. Reasonable but by no means a bulk buyers bargain.

Video games heaven was another, but they seem to have moved out of my local shopping centre.  They had all Atari Carts for US$4.

I guess as I appear to be the only Australian here, this information is useless though.

But internationally, how about cash converters.  They always have a huge stock of games.
No Metroid on N64, What was Nintendo thinking? ;)

Cashconverters? I guess they do sell games, but they arnt the first place I'd go. The thing is that they have tons of other stuff too becides games. Last time I went, looking for a Playstation controller, I ended up buying a bench for my piano instead.

Basically, they're a pawn shop, maskerading as a retail outlet (or department store).  Looks like they've expanded to Canada, but possibly not Texas as yet.  But it's only time.

Yeah they've been here for years. At least as far back as 98, because I recall buying a used copy of Zelda DX there after only a few weeks of its release.
