N64 - Aidyn Chronicles - Case and manual covers - Raws included

I got  this game, but the manual came without cover.

Would someone do the replacement cover for me.

Here is the PDF for guidance:

I need the cover outermost paper two sided, meaning:
PDF's first picture: As is.
PDf's second picture: Replace right half with PDF's last picture's right half

Front's outer and inner and back's inner side should be easy to reproduce, but the back's outer part might be harder.

Edit: if needed I can rescan those with moire effect off but it drops the resolution to 300 DPI
