SNES King of Dragons label request

Been looking for this one I don't know how long, and I finally came across a copy earlier today for $10 at a local game store. Only problem is the label is ripped all to crap far beyond any kind of repair.

Could someone please scan and upload a high-res label for this game? I'd really appreciate it.

yeah I know, when I first made the cover I used the Japanese art from a poster and googled the product number. I got the wrong product number by accident. I was hoping to find a scan of the back somewhere so I can retype the back info before I upload a corrected version.
