SNES King of Dragons label request

Been looking for this one I don't know how long, and I finally came across a copy earlier today for $10 at a local game store. Only problem is the label is ripped all to crap far beyond any kind of repair.
Could someone please scan and upload a high-res label for this game? I'd really appreciate it. :)

i scanned this in as a base for the UGC cover version a year+ ago. Hopefully this helps :)
