Do you own this game?  You do!?  Do you own a scanner as well?  Excellent!  Scan the cover from this games dvd case, and then additionally scan the cd for me as well   You will be handsomely rewarded with my gratitude.

P.S. No I did not pirate it, I purchased the digital copy and simply want to burn it to a disc and put it in a proper cover.

EDIT: And here's the disc. I don't know if there's any way to scan these types of discs without getting the rainbow-y effect, if there is, let me know and I'll re-scan.

A CSI game sounds horrible, like, really really horrible.  I feel dirty just thinking about it.

The CSI games are not that bad. They are getting very dated looking but they are fun to play if you like those type of games.
