Can import photoshop .psd files such as the ones we use here for templates.

Gimp is the best, but at its learning curve I'd rather learn Photoshop or spend less time learning Paint.NET (the next best thing)

Can import photoshop .psd files such as the ones we use here for templates.

Of course, the only issue is that GIMP doesn't have layer grouping, so they're somewhat difficult to use.
