Xbox Memory Unit (Card) Cover

These little bad boys fit perfectly into a PS2 case (fits within the PS2 memory card holder).  I am borrowing this from a friend who i out of town.  Would like to surprise him with a cover for this so he doesn't end up losing it.  It could be the most craptastic thing ever, only would like a decent spine.

Ah, I don't have anything for that except the dusty old thing itself. Too bad I shredded the cardboard insert to the 360 card while trying to open that damned industrial plastic

I really couldn't find anything pertaining to official product info, but here's the best images I could find (all low-res). Shouldn't be thatbad though, all we need is a solid green and a hi-res scan from any ol' Original Xbox game. I'd see if I could slap one together real quick, but I honestly don't have much time on my hands these days

Like I said, not very high quality at all, but a good reference at the least. I would figure that the first image could at least be used for something...
