Heres another idea for an NTSC Devil World cover. A label I made for a repro a while back:

That looks better than what I have thought of. Just needed to make the picture sharper. Also, I think it should add a little recoloring to the sprites so that way it doesn't looked like you had ripped it off from the game completely.
