I know this isn't the right venue for it but if one could get a Duck Tales 2, Rescue Rangers 2, Flinstones 2, and Dragon Warrior 3 my rare game shelf would be looking sexy.

Well I got Akumu to make that Bubble Bobble 2 cover by scanning my label off the cart and he just re-created the back from scratch. If you can get nice label scans of your carts (I scan my labels at 700dpi) and can find scans of the back like I do you can probably make it happen. This is the best way to do it as it wont be easy to find people with boxes of any of those games. Im gonna need all of those accept Dragon Warrior 3 so that would help me out too. If you can scan your labels Im sure I can find back scans.

1200dpi would be even better when you attempt to use a label scan for a full cover. It's real luck that those NES cart lables are so huge otherwise they would be hardly useable for a front cover...
BadChad:
Sounds good. Ill scan them at 1200dpi from now on.

Actually that wouldnt be too difficult to recreate. ;)
Here are some links for some decent scans to use as a base to recreate the cover.

Unfortunately those scans are not really high res.
The ones on mobygames are pretty damaged as well.

@tiktektak
No I don't mean actually use those scans for the cover. I mean using them
as a base (guideline) for recreating the cover entirely. The cover is mostly just cartoon based so the front should be able to be cleaned up with vectormagic. The back image has legible text so it can be retyped. I am WELL aware that the scans are too low Rez but they are suitable for RECREATING the entire cover.
