i found a scan of the back. no idea of dpi, but it's clear enough that you can read all the legal text and use it as a base.
edit: for the spine, something that i usually do if i can't find a scan of the spine is i look up the game on ebay. sometimes you'll luck out and someone will have a picture on the auction of the actual spine. it's usually enough so that you can have an idea of what the original spine looked like.

Front is partly German (the red bar saying licensed for ...), but the back is in English.
