Strider "unusable"? I beg to differ. ;)

Strider

Certainly not perfect, parts of it look kinda hokey on close inspection, but it should suffice in lack of better alternatives.

Here's my next cover, and it's for "Dig Dug 2"

It took be about a day's work and a bit challenging too. I had to draw the leaves in the background, but sort of took me shorter time since there is a pattern. Not precise, but it will do.

The fonts are different since I didn't want to afford some, but hopefully anyone isn't nit-picky. I believed the font used it's Futrua, the same used for Nintendo's manuals and covers.

Hopefully my hard work has paid off!

And here's Fist of the Norths Star...

Fist of the North Star

Amazingly lazy, boring, and just generally poor package design... Apart from the awkward layout, huge amounts of empty black space, ugly red border, the main illustration used isn't even from the show the game is based on! The game is based on the second series while the picture is from the first, prominently featuring a character who's not even in the game...  ::) Then again, I guess it's remarkable enough that they kept the original Japanese characters and names (although Raoh is "Laou", for whatever reason), unlike "Black Belt" and "Last Battle" on the Sega systems...

This game made me cry. At the time I bought it I was reading the first run of the translated VIZ comic's.

I will have to play it again but the controls were so awful, and the graphics so bad that despite the name changes etc, I still prefer Last Battle.

Here's my next, quick cover, and it's "Clu Clu Land" from Canada.

(note to admins, I accidentally uploaded the same image as 3DO.)

Using the same format as I created "Urban Champion" (Canada), I added the copyright and distribution information, as it would normally be at the side and top of the box, at the bottom of the back cover.
