Those Star Force covers have some wonkiness going on at the top of their spine, where the black is #0b0505 instead of #000000

Wow, right you are! I think I know when it happened, though I'm not sure why. It likely happened when I was clearing the Nintendo logo from the retail spine, I must have not picked complete black to erase it, though why it came out in strips and not one solid block is beyond me. I couldn't even see it on my monitor until I stood up and viewed it from a different angle, so thanks for catching that, mate!
I edited the post above with the new covers which corrects this (I hope :o ).

You need to print with 10-20% of brightness to notice the difference when it comes to black gradients...
On a monitor you will see a lot of details that very few printers emulate.
