typo in the green text on the back of Pac-Man - wirh instead of with.

Look great though.  Is it an arcade perfect port, or is it a NES specific title?

I don't know why he used the Nintendo version for the Tengen cover?  Looks good, but still wouldn't look right when you open the game up

There are three (to my knowledge as I own only 3) different Pac-Man NES carts.

1) Pac-Man (Tengen licensed)
2) Pac-Man (Tengen unlicensed)
3) Pac-Man (Nintendo)

^^^  I was going to mention that.  Good catch. :)

And by "Nintendo version", I believe you meant "Namco version".. (not to split hairs)

Does that mean you have the raw scans available for a Namco Pac-Man cover, Lumberjack?

So there's a Tengen box with the Namco artwork?  Sheesh...how many variants did Pac-Man get on NES?

Really? there was a Namco licensed Pac-Man? I know there was a late NES release of Ms Pacman from Namco, but the Tengen version is by far the superior version. Also there's the Tengen build of Pac-Mania which might be better than them all.

I'm pretty sure that it has been requested many times but never made.

And I've lost pretty much every cover exept SNES ones that I had saved when my main computer's HDD decided to die.
After I replace it, I'll see if anything can be saved. With any luck HDD didn't mecanically break, and just lost it marbles.

Ooh sweet, I need Dino Riki.  I can safely say I've never seen a cover made for it pass through here.

There are 3 different (I think that's all) box variations of Tengen's Pac-man for the NES in the US:

Then there was the Namco version pictured above. All 4 of them have the exact same gameplay, unlike Ms. Pac-Man in which the Namco and Tengen versions are completly different.
