--- Quote from: Akumu on April 02, 2012, 12:27:49 PM ---Oh hey look, there's that silly German again, sucking the fun out of a simple afternoon hobby like it's supposed to cure herpes. Thanks for making us roll our eyes in unison as always and reminding me why I barely check back here. --- End quote --- Sorry to disappoint but I am no german. Hope I didn't make you cry. ::) People should be strong enough to stand against my oppinion. If not then well I have no remorse and as it seems you know how to use a door. ;D I think badchad is strong enough by the way. |

Hobbyist cover art websites are serious business. Deadly serious. |

Donald Duck (Snoopy's Silly Sports Spectacular) Quick Question! I know we usually file famicom games under their US region name, but I thought Id ask about this one. Im wondering if this should be filed under Snoopy's Silly Sports Spectacular or maybe on its own under Donald Duck. I guess Im only asking since it seems so odd to have a Donald Duck cover filed under Snoopy. How the hell did that conversion end up anyway... :D |

If there is an alteration to the game (besides the title or text) then I would file it under the Japanese game. Since the sprites are far different representing different cartoon characters it wouldn't really make sense to file it under snoopy. Kind of like how we don't file Doki Doki Panic under Super Mario Bros 2 or how we have Turrican and Universal Soldier for genesis separate. (yes i realize they are for different consoles but i was trying to think of something). |

Ok cool. Thats why I thought Id ask. My guess is when Kemco brought this over to the US they probably had to change anything Donald Duck related since Capcom had rights to Disney back then. |
