No worries. Just needed a few minutes to upload them. Their up now. Unless you mean the older NES covers you've seen over the last little while. Those have been uploaded a couple weeks ago.

As for Crisis Force and Gradius 2. I have been meaning to get around to it. Just been busy working on other things. The scans are still on my desktop with everything else so they will be done eventually.

OK on the Crisis/Gradius.

Yeah I meant older ones. But the ones I've seen have not made it yet.
I'll backtrack your posts  and tell which I meant.

Edit: Nope, could not find the covers I thought I had seen. Maybe posts were altered or deleted.

Ah, Kid Niki, many thanks Chad!  Now I just need to find a copy of the game that DOESN'T have a faded spine label.  Honestly, I've owned four different copies of the game and two of them have had faded end labels (the other two were nicked/peeling).  Data East must have cheaped-out on the labels they used for this game.

Now we just need NARC.  Someone want to upload raws for this somewhere?  Larry?  Sneak?  Bueller?  ;D

Any chance I can encourage you to make true retail versions of your NES covers as you make them? I would be awesome if we can get the artists to start making both covers as they put them together. Plus it a little more difficult for someone to make a true retail cover out of one thats already finished rather than having the psd. I plan on going back to alot of my older covers to make true retail covers to go with them. If we have both, that pretty much scratches that game off the list for good. Thats why I always make vertical covers to go with my SNES covers, even tho I dont use them.

Sure I'll be glad to throw those two together for you next time I'm messing around with covers.

Sneak uploaded the RAW's the other day. NARC is next on my list and I should be able to get it within the next few days no problem.

Excellent!  Thanks a ton!

The text on the back baffles me:

"NARC is a game that depicts the war on drugs, and supports our belief that winners don't use drugs."

The game has an enemy that runs around throwing two-foot-long hypodermic needles and a psychotic clown that pops out of buildings and tries to stab people walking by.  The ending boss is a giant head with a hat that floats around on some sort of a hovering machine and spits replicas of his tongues at you.  Is this really what the war on drugs is like?

And 'winners don't use drugs', but they DO use rocket launchers on men in wheelchairs and dogs, splattering them into a dozen meaty juicy pieces.  According to this game, killing > using drugs.  Granted I'm as anti-drug as anyone, but this game really has no place taking any moral high ground.  ;)

About 8-9 years ago, it used to be a weekly ritual for me and a really good buddy of mine to head up to EB Games every weekend to see what new SNES/NES games they had in their little "Retro" section. Afterwards we'd head back to my house and try to play our way through them no matter how terrible they ended up being sometimes.

One particular Saturday we came across NARC in all it's glory for a measly $1. We took it home, cranked up the ol' trusty NES, and our minds were indefinitely blown. I couldn't have said it better than you already did, and I'm not even going to try. The whole...JUST SAY NO TO DRUGS!....unless of course, you want to be blown into a million meaty pieces all over the asphalt is certainly an effective approach, I'll give them that much.

Don't get me wrong, it's actually an extremely entertaining game, but it seriously gives WTF a whole new meaning.

I remember someone mentioning they had the raws to North and South.... but it never got done to my knowledge... I know it might not be the right place to mention, but here is where the covers get taken care of! HAHA  ;D

This is Chubby; He hates Game Case Sellers who steal our artwork to profit their lazy kingdoms.

But he sure loves his Shaq Fu!
