Picked this up today. Noticed we dont have a cover for this one so I quickly slapped one together that should do untill we get one. Find it in the mediafire account.

Kirby's Adventure needs a proper spine.
I think this is the proper spine http://www.mediafire.com/imgbnc.php/8e988b91a9b33dd9662c2ea23fef6cb87de957559873d060dbc24415d969b7d65g.jpg
Akumu do you think you can resolve this?
Thanks!
I based this of the supplied image, but re-built it using samples from the front,or just re-drawing it, keeping it as close as possible.
I made one of my costom red spine to show why I made it red. Files Here

Ugh ... This took way longer than it should have.  I had this "great idea" to recolor the turtles the same color as their toy counterparts (bandanna, skin, elbow pads and all).  I have been working on and off again for a while on it and the results are a little underwhelming. I'm not sure if i'll up it to the site but here is a preview.

Personally mate, I think it looks quite nice!  :) I never did understand why they gave all the turtles the same colour bandannas on the box/cart art especially since they got the colours correct in the game.

I think it looks pretty good! I actually used the old cover you made where you adjusted the colors and Ill probably use this new one too. But you'll definetly need to recreate the retail label to match! ;)

I say upload it to the site and just replace the old one with it.

Thats because the cover art used is from the Ninja Turtles comics before they became a cartoon and were givin their own colours.

Larryinc64 thanks for the Kirby covers ;D
Very beautiful ;D
You did a great job.

P.S. (for the people):
Super Mario Bros. 1, Super Mario Bros. 3, Little Samson, StarTropics, Kid Icarus, Legend of Zelda and The and Zelda II: The Adventure of Link NTSC covers needs some modfications.
Nintendo logo on the spine is missing from the covers with Super Mario Bros. 3.
Nintendo logo on the spine is missing from the cover with Kid Icarus.
Nintendo logo on the spine is missing from the covers with Legend of Zelda, The and Zelda II: The Adventure of Link.
Logo is missing from the spine StarTropics.
The spine from the Super Mario Bros. 1 must have the word "Super" little like here http://www.mediafire.com/imageview.php?quickkey=t5aiaxai4btpt5x
Little Samson cover have all the text unreadable (it's faded out or something); needs heavy modifications.

No requests of covers not currently on the site, I'm more interested in fixing the NES covers that need it first before moving onto all new ones.

I'm excited for this restoration project! This way maybe people would stop talking shit about the low qual ones they see.

I really appreciate that.
I'm of a mind that we should clean the existing covers and try and focus on making retail covers before moving on to custom.

Let's clean house before we add new stuff. That way Tiktektak won't have to explain himself every time someone says "but I looked at this cover and it bla bla bla"
"Could this be... an omen?!"

Oh, I understand BadChad.

What do you think about this:

1. Nintendo logo on the spine is missing from the covers with Super Mario Bros. 3 NTSC.

2. Nintendo logo on the spine is missing from the cover with Kid Icarus NTSC.

3. Nintendo logo on the spine is missing from the covers with Legend of Zelda, The and Zelda II: The Adventure of Link NTSC.

4. Logo is missing from the spine StarTropics NTSC.

5. The spine from the Super Mario Bros. 1 NTSC must have the word "Super" little like here http://www.mediafire.com/imageview.php?quickkey=t5aiaxai4btpt5x

6. Little Samson NTSC cover have all the text unreadable (it's faded out or something); needs heavy modifications.
