Sorry for the late reply. The 3DO Novastorm was submitted right before it. The name that I submitted under was Hagen_Dragmire.
If need be I can upload the cover on my website so you can see it. I just assumed it was denied because of a low DPI or something. For now it's the highest resolution I could get from Sivak as he said that he doesn't want the HIRES stuff out there for some reason.

After looking at it printed out it's a bit dark, but since I'm using Paint.net it's about as good as I could manage.
