I remembered that game quite well. "Trolls on Treasure Island" is exactly like the game (where I made that cover not too long ago) "Dudes With Attitude", just with different levels. I like how the game is played.

With a few minor adjustments you could probably make an NTSC cover for this too which I will need in the future.
