I like having the option, but mainly it's for collecting purposes. And because the blue/green color looks really good. I had found one that I could nab for $42, but it was a kinda ugly color. I know, I'm picky. Turbo was a great help in the 8-bit days with mindless button mashers (Urban Champion, anyone?) but has since lost usefulness. I think the only game I use turbo for is the ship stage on Battletoads/Double Dragon for the SNES. Helps alot! That pad would come in handy for Mario Party's button mashing games. Altho I must say I usually kill anyone who tries to out button mash me lol. |

Turbofire is only really useful in arcade style shooters or run and gun platformers. Since the N64 lacked both genres I still stick by what I said. Mario party might use it too, but in a party game like that, how is turbo fire any fun? |
