Here are some stupid facts about Legend of Zelda covers:

The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess (Wii only) cover features a magic meter in one of the pictures, even though the magic meter never appears in the game.

The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time (N64) has many grammar and spelling mistakes like "enivironments."

There is absolutely nothing wrong with those covers on this site, this is exactly how Nintendo released them.  :)

Are you sure that's the magic meter? I swear I saw something just like that when I was playing... lol I think it was the O2 meter when underwater for the first time

I never noticed this, but I took a look at my case.  Yep, it's a magic meter.  Can't be a O2 meter cuz the shot with it depicts a fight in a dungeon.
