Request Moto GP 18 for Xbox One

Got the disc only for Moto GP 18. Does anyone have the cover? Couldn't find it in the forum.

I don't mind fixing it myself if I get a raw image with as high resolution as possible. Preferably without having used descreening. Uses Sattva myself and thinks it does a much better job than those from Epson or Canon
