I think I'm gonna go with the 4th one I really like the art. Plus it's an easy conversion to vertical ;)

I've been unable to find the resources needed to make a cover for that game. That's why I haven't made it yet.

Could not find Metal Max Teturns, so I bought Metal Max Returns, hope the image is close enough. ;)
