Not exactly in the SNES/SFC department, but does anyone know where I might be able to find some artwork for the unlicensed Taiwanese RPG 'Barver Battle Saga' for the Genesis? I've been wanting to make a repro cover for that, but I have had no luck.

Now I have to ask a question about this game because I really enjoyed it (since its just like Breath of Fire which is one of the very few turn based RPG's I actually like) and am thinking of getting a repro done. But a friend of mine told me that apperently the patch crashes at some point in the game. Have you finished this game because Id hate to get this done only to find out what my friend told me was true.

Why does it feel like it has been so long since I last did one of these? Well, regardless, here's one that was pushed back months ago that I finally finished.

A label was made some time ago and has been available in my folder for awhile.

I myself have not, but a friend of mine has, and says that it worked fine for him. I've heard that the glitches have been worked out. Regardless, I would like to make a cover so that when I do decide to get a repro of this, I have a case all ready for it. :)

Thank you for the link, djshok. I just need to think up how to make a generic background, now.

Anyway to make a version of this with the spine color/pattern the same as the front instead of just plain black? I'd think it'd would look nicer that way. Just IMO, of course.  :)

Is Parallel Worlds out of beta now? I tried it but the save doesn't seem to work. I got my sword and went through the guard tower, then decided to save and quit. When I checked again, I had no save!

I can't image this working outside an emulator, so what's up with Parallel Worlds?

Are you playing an an emulator? I have it on cart and it saves great. Yes, Parallel Worlds is finished, has been for some time now. In fact the creators of that hack are working on Parallel Universe... the sequel to Parallel Worlds.

I tried to save on the SNES Powerpak.

Wish I could help, but I don't own a SNES power pack. Wish I did, but I can't spend $135 on that at the moment... don't think that would go over to well with the wife.

Are your other ROMs saving properly?

Now, to get back on topic. Might anyone here have a cover for Dragon Quest V? I wanted to check before I made an attempt at making one myself.

... I won't lie. I've totally neglected this thread, and just about any projects I was working on the past two weeks. (They haven't been that great to me.) Just finally started working on that Shin Megami Tensei cover, and should hopefully have it done soon. I just don't have a tagline for the back. Slowly but surely working on the Barver Battle Saga cover, as well. (And by slowly, I mean slowly.)

Can't make a Shin Megami Tensei II cover, since I don't have any resources to work with.

I probably could, but it would kinda mess up the spine consistency with other covers.

Ah, I see what you mean. 'Doh' on my part! I just personally like wrap around spines as plain white/black is kinda boring to look at on the shelf. Anyways, don't worry about it, as it's better to have consistency. :)
