I have a few loose discs to print art for and case, but I can't find good quality scans online for them. I've checked both the main website and the forums here.

Skullmonkeys (CD Case) (Cover and Inlay)
Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 2 (CD Case) (Cover and Inlay) (Looking for Greatest Hits but black label will work too)
Um Jammer Lammy (CD Case) (Cover and Inlay)

Holiday 2004 Demo Disc (Paper Slipcase)
Jimmy Neutron: Attack of the Twonkies (DVD Case)
Monster 4x4: Masters of Metal (DVD Case)
-PC-
Pac-Man: Adventures in Time (CD Case) (Cover and Inlay)
The demo discs in paper slipcases I plan to modify and turn into CD jewel case compatible prints to fit with my other games.
Skullmonkeys might be a bit hard with it's lenticular cover, but if I can just get a decent scan of it to use as a base I would really appreciate it!
