Here are preliminary prices:

If the total package is under 1lb I can ship via Parcel Post for $5/package. If that goes to 2lbs, it jumps to $8 for Parcel Post. These cases don't meet the requirements for Media Mail (http://postcalc.usps.gov/PopUps/pop_up27.htm).

I'm going to weigh one of these and see how heavy it actually is. Everyone ok with the prices they are seeing so far?

ehh, so-so atm but $3 isn't bad for 10 cases.

Yeah that sounds good to me. I don't need any extra but if for some reason someone backs out I'll pick up the slack.
