Easier way to cut UGC's for NES Games?

LordXaero:

I just got my shipment of 100 UGC's today, and decided to use an older UGC to cut for an NES game.

I just got done cutting, and while I now have an NES case, it took me about an hour using a razor blade. Is there an easier way to cut these things? I don't own a dremel tool, and really don't want to go out and buy one just to cut seven more cases.

Not only did it take too long, but I also fear that I'm going to cut my finger open doing so.

It has been suggested that these work well:

using this it takes me ~5 minutes per case.

IThere is a company by the name of Xuron Tools, that makes a set of these that cut things nice and flush.   I have some of their smaller cutters and they leave a very smooth edge.  So if the larger ones do exist..  it might solve the whole melting, razor blade, dremel, rough edges thing.

Thanks guys.

I can pick something like that up at a Home Depot or something?
