I can attest to the service at Video Store Shopper. I took a look at my quote from last year and it was $74.40 for a shipment of 100 cases in the United States. I believe I spoke on the phone with a sales rep initially -- easy/friendly to deal with. Was worth getting those cases.
I recently got 100 bit box cases from StoneAgeGamer. They are a bit more pricey (about 3x as much in the end), but I think they look a bit better after a cover is put into them. I have about 120 NES games, so the cost to case them all isn't too crazy after weighing the pros/cons.
Regular print paper looks higher quality against the black vinyl cases (bit box) over the clear cases in my opinion. The colors appear more vibrant on regular print paper against black instead of clear plastic. I also didn't have to cut up a bunch of tabs, and I don't have to worry about squishing the edges of manuals into the cases. They are a bit harder to put printed covers into the sleeve though.
If anyone here is looking to start printing covers, I recommend that you look at the vertical covers for SNES and custom covers for N64 games and such, I've noticed they seem to have more vibrant colors and will look a lot better if you are printing to regular paper. I really wanted to go with the traditional retail and horizontals at first, but once you actually put them all on a shelf, vertical looks much better and consistent, even if there is minor artwork loss from making them vertical. I'll probably end up switching them out.
