FAQ: Where can I buy cases?

Best Buy has a 3 pack for 99 cents.

US or EU? US I assume.
More than 1 pack available?
If that is the case, then I need help of buying them, because I doubt they ship to Europe.

I need 500 or so more US cases.

The only game cases I see on Best Buy's website is the Rocketfish 3-Pack Wii Cases, which are going for $2.99. If you saw something different, please link us; a 3-pack for $0.99 is a sweet deal.

Aside from scouring eBay, what are some places that sell EU DS cases (clear ones) to the U.S.?

I need around 50 more and it'd be nice to get them covered while I wait for UGCs to become available.

No, the link no longer works. Not that it matters, as The Video Store Shopper no longer sells UGCs. They do however sell VHS (secure)cases that may be used as an alternative to UGCs, and are full sleeves.

Here's for individual VHS Securecases (Black) at 50¢ a pop.
Here's for a 100-pack VHS Securecase (Clear) at 43¢ a pop.

They have other cases, for DVDs and Blu-ray, but the main focus of TVSS is security, as it seems tailored to rental stores. As for VHS cases, those are the only two that popped up in the search. They're not UGCs, but it's something to consider.

True, althought everytime I check, the date just keeps getting moved back.  I checked in July and it said end of August, then I checked back in August, and they said September, now it's saying October.  I'm just skeptical if they're going to be ACTUALLY coming back into stock??  I hope so. 

I'm really regretting only getting one box (of 100)when I ordered them orignally (back in early 2011).. Since then I've accumulated many more games, and realized that I have a need for far more than the orignal 100 I had bought (and of course of of the 100 that I received, I'd say 7-10 were badly damaged).

Oh well, the waiting continues.  Glad to see a few more NES covers being scanned/created these days!

The link on the first page for getting European DS cases is also broken. Would really love to know where I can get some EU DS cases that ships to the U.S.

Really? When mine came in, the cases were fine. If I HAD to complain about something, the disk holder doesn't do a very good job of actually holding a disk for most of the cases, but I'm not using it for that purpose, so it doesn't bother me. I would've called and complained if any of my cases came in damaged.

Oh well, I never intended on using all 100 cases, and I sold about 20, but looking at the status of these UGCs, I think I'll hold onto the rest that I have. I know there'll be more games I want to purchase and case, and I don't want to run the risk of running low. Better to have extra lying around, I suppose.

Ya, a few of them were damaged (about 7 to 10 of them).  I'm in Canada, so I'm guessing the box took some abuse along its "adventure" up here.  Some of the cases weren't terrible, and simply corners snapped off (as the borders of the UGC's stick out a bit), but a few were cracked pretty bad, and not useable.

I'm mainly a SNES/NES collector, so to be honest, I'm tired of seeing all these Sega cases etc going up!  hahaha.

I too at the moment consetrate more on NES and SNES, but do save all the Genesis, Master System, SC-3000 and Jaguar covers that pop up, as those are next in my sight.

Could the first post be updated because things like "Nintendo of Europe Online Store (Germany)" don't exist anymore? It is kind of a hassle trying to find working links from the thread's posts.

You can actually get some ds cases for free at gamestop, you just have to ask the person behind the counter for them. you can only get them in qauntitys of 5 or 6, but i got lucky once and they gave me a dozen.
