Ordered 100 cases from there, and shipping for me was $20 (I live in the Midwest USA). Still, I'm okay with that seeing as I'm only ever going to need 100 or less cases for my collection.

EDIT: Aaaaaand they're back-ordered 3-4 months too... Well I guess back to waiting.   :-[

Oy that site confuses me. I need 200 cases, so do I put 2 or 200 in the quantity?

At the moment UGCs, the cases we use are sold out.
You can however use double wide DVD cases instead.

Just wondering if anyone knows if the Universal Game Cases are back in stock at The Video Store Shopper? It lets you put them in your cart online but I don't want to complete the payment then find out they are backordered afterward.

Hi, I'm new to this whole cover thing, but it seems awesome and I want to do my GBA games, but... I can't find any US DS cases in the UK or Europe anywhere.

But I found these on Amazon US that ship here - http://www.amazon.com/Standard-Black-Nintendo-Replacement-VGBR14DSBK/dp/B0039ZSVBS. Has anyone used those ones before? Is the quality comparable to the official ones? Or do they at least look the same when they're closed?

Or, does anyone know where to get some official US ones in Europe? Thanks  ;D

Those might be the ones that were deemed totally crap in quality, not sure. If you take the risk and order, so tell us what you think about them.

But getting official US cases in Europe is near impossible. I need those too, about 500 more (and even more would not hurt).  :(

They are wider, so lot of useless space taking precious shelf space.
Nothing else.

Ah right, thanks for the info :) I might look around a bit more until I decide which ones to get  :P

Too thick compared to the US ones (for shelf room and the way the art looks on the side). Plus I prefer the black colour of the cases rather than the clear. Since importing some US DS games I don't like the EU cases at all. Silly I guess  :P

EU cases are good for peripreals and making double cases for thicker than usual games.

Yeah I actually like the EU cases even better than the US ones. They are easily and cheaply available in the EU and fit those thicker EU games manuals much better than the thin US DS cases.

I agree. I tried modding a US case for Game Boy, but it seemed like such a hassle to have to do it for every case, where with EU cases I could just clip two tabs and it fit perfectly. I don't mind the extra space, since I don't have THAT many games, and honestly ANY case takes up more space than loose cartridges, so I was okay with that. Plus as a bonus it holds my Game Gear and even Virtual Boy games nicely, and it's clear so it matches my UGCs. Most spines weren't that hard to modify since most games have a single color background and the logo, so I could re-size without stretching. Shipping was a little pricey, but to me it's worth it for the convenience.
