Don't know if this will help with what you need, but I get all my various sized DVD cases from here: http://www.genesysdtp.com/dvdcase.htm

They have lots of different options, and I've ordered there 4 times and been happy each time. Maybe one of the 27-43 mm boxes will be good for what you need?

27 or 28 mm is the perfect one. Better yet if you can find one that has booklet / instruction manual holder.

Excelent site! This is where I will likely get my cases, thanks for the great info! Now to decide between the hinged case or stacking case. I'm betting the stacking case would take a hack job, but they have the tabs to hold manuals. hmm

I have bought hinged cases that have tabs to hold the manual.

So I'm thinking of buying a few Universal Game Cases, but I need to know:
Do European SNES games fit in them? They have, as you may know, not the same shape as American ones. I've never actually seen an American SNES cartridge in real life, so I don't know if they differ in size.

Height and thickness are the same, but the width of US SNES is bigger than EU/JAP SNES (exact same size) games.

And yes, all SNES games fit in the UGCs.

Don't know do they ship outside Finland/Sweden/Estonia, or at least it will be ridiculously expensive.

I found a site called Video Store Shopper that lists Universal Game Cases at $0.42 per unit and ship in quantities of 100 per case. That would be $42 for 100 cases, same as Mediashelving. Though I've yet to get any UGC's, being relatively new to this site, the description lists clear and full sleeve, and the picture used is identical to Mediashelving's picture. Just to be sure, can someone in the know confirm that these are legit?
