REQUEST: Final Fantasy VII Playstation 1 North America Cover and inserts

This website only has the PAL cover and inserts.  Scans I find from other sites are missing the part of the cover that goes over the spine.

EDIT: I meant to put this in the request section, but I made a mistake and put it here.  Would a mod be able to move it there?
