That was me. I was following old quality standards to which none would have been accepted.
Since my recent return I found out that we are accepting these since we no longer have a raw scan section and they can be used as raw scans for others to improve and/or clean.
Bellow are some reasons why these where unacceptable according to the old standards.
- Wrong size and/or DPI
- Pixel scattering specially around text (I recommend you use descreen when scanning, even on raw scans)
- Dirt or speckles of dust thought the cover
- Worn-out sections (specially around the edges of the covers)

No worries, thank you for the clarification! I do try to have high quality scans but don’t have great equipment or a lot of time to touch of the covers. I also like posting on the main site because I know the general public tends to only check the main site and don’t really look through the forums when looking for covers.
