I just checked and that is correctly sized for US DS case (3260 x 1370 pixels at 300DPI) . (OK 3 pixels too narrow which is 100th of an inch or quarter of a millimeter).
What case are you using?

I just realized that the reason it's too small is because I cropped the other gameboy logo :-[
