Well, for what its worth (my opinion that is), I think that you have improved out of sight.  Very clean cover.
No Metroid on N64, What was Nintendo thinking? ;)

Some good news and bad news.

The Good: I found a non-PC SUPER MARIO WORLD box at my local "Slackers: CDs and Games".

The Bad: It's $15 and its really hard for me, a poor college student that feasts on ramen and/or baked potatoes everynight, to justify spending $15 on Super Mario World..

I just spent $100 getting N64 Snowboard Kids 2 and Battle for Naboo so I know how you feel.

Which box are you looking for? I have the non-pc Super Mario World box sitting in my closet so if someone needs to make a UGC out of it, i'll scan it up (NTSC btw)

Thanks for the candy....  :)

There's still room to improve though... I think maybe the SimCity cover was a little bit too clean edited by me.... I don't know what you all think but should the SNES covers be really really clean with crisp colors and borders or should they be like old stuff is(greyish black, washed out red, etc.)....?

Regards

P.S. Valeman you spent 100$ on those two covers?!? Wow that's awesome and proves that money isn't everything in this world....

Cool. Just one tiny little thing though ........

Can you make sure that the resolution is 300dpi? I had to re-upload four of your SNES covers as 3 were 299dpi and one was 599dpi and the site requires 300dpi.

Not a biggie .... but it does save me adjusting them and then having to upload it all again on a measly 128kbit connection.

Cheers ..... keep up the good work   ;D

Thanks for the heads up. I will make sure they are 300dpi in the future.

According to Photoshop, the originals were 299.999dpi / 599.999dpi.

  • ...and that's the bottom line
With the backlog of SNES covers as good as cleared could someone find the time to make some covers from our raw scans? I'd be nice to have covers to my International Super Star Soccer Deluxe and Space Mega Force scans. If there's still time after that I'd appreciate Mortal Kombat 3, TMNT4, Spawn and Super Empire Strikes Back. I would be really great to clear the whole SNES raw scans directory but for starters these are the covers I need :)

I would have posted this in the request forum but I didn't have much luck as of lately :(. On top the SNES section seems to be one of the most active.

I'll look into some of your covers when I have time(saturday I hope).... :) I'm in the process of repairing a cheaply purchased PS2 at the moment so I've got not much time...

Besides there's still one SNES cover missing at least... My Sim City cover...  ;D

There's still a few SNES covers needing to be added to the site..... I'm working through them this weekend. I also have a few of SMMM's old SNES raws to be converted into covers although posting the completed ones has taken most of my spare time recently.

So everybody just chill out with a beer or two .... or shandy's for you younger dudes  ;D

I'll get there soon ..... and a hell of a lot quicker than if we were waiting on a stressed out Snowcone to do it.
