As far as I know, the BSX download version was only a demo. It has only 1 map, no experience system and a lot of other features missing. The cart version is the full game. I don't have the game, unfortunately, so I'm just going by what I've read online (I do have the original famicom wars for famicom, though).

Is that what your after Kaiser? Cant really call it an E.U version as its only in English. I found a barely legible multi language version that i could have a crack at retyping if you prefer.
