New SNES covers

Can you create a cover off of screencaps from an emulated game? I have Dead Dance (aka Tuff E Nuff in the US/EU) for SNES. Problem is, since it wasn't a very popular or well known game, there's next to no artwork for it on the net. Let alone high res.
If I made some screenshots of the title menu, in-game fights and so on, would any of these be useful at all in creating a cover?

I didn't bother making a request for that game as I highly doubt I'll run into someone with the retail box of the Japanese version

I'm not sure, there is no harm in trying.  Capture some screenshots and add them to my name in the FTP. Just make a new folder with the game name.

edit: what formatting do you want the cover?  Horizantal, vertical, both?

Ok, I'll try it then and let you know. The formatting doesn't matter to me as all you see on the shelf is the spine And once I have my SNES collection complete I'll make (or request ) a new spine design anyway to make them all look perfectly uniform. I really dig the spines that most of Konami's European SNES games had, so with time I wanted to change them all to that design with some minor tweaks.

if you get the box and scan it in i can easily change the cover to become Dead Dance.

edit: then again shipping costs to Europe might be pretty hefty

Nope, pretty reasonable. Would be $8 including shipping, with the strong Euro it's cheaper than getting a Double Whopper at Burger King

This is definitely more like it. The art fits the Mad Max-esque story of the game much better. I'll look into it, maybe it's cheap enough. I'm not entirely sure though that I want to import a game that I already have just for a scan of the box,which I wouldn't need anymore after scanning. I guess I'll try the screenshot option first

i looked at all of the fees they charge for their service and at least for this game i won't be bidding on it. 
I really don't even want the game for my own collection.

it would be product ($5.56) + shipping (not sure) + bidding fee ($5.00) + winning fee ($2.5).
Plus i'll still be charged the bidding fee even if i don't win.

Please don't even consider buying a game just to make a cover for me. As I said, in the end I'd be more than happy to have something like a black front cover with the "Dead Dance"-logo, and maybe two or three screenshots on the back.

It ain't that bad for the most part, many times on ebay you'll find these kinds of games with huge prices, i use shoppingmalljapan once or twice each month
