Bear, on the 1200DPI scans I made i can descreen them if you like with Sattva. I did that and resized them to 600dpi for Gaming Alexandria, if those are easy to work with.

Yes, descreen is always welcome! I've been pulling your scans from Gaming Alexandria. 600 DPI is fine to work with for me.

For what it's worth, there's a newer list floating around here with many of those titles removed, as they've been found and cases made of them.
You'll find a good chunk of those titles floating around the forum by searching for the title. Try searching with brackets around the title, like "Faceball 2000" and you should find many of them.
