A number of those have been made. You'll just have to do a search on our forums.

Searching for covers on the forums is a huge pain. Heck, sometimes the search function for the actual hosted covers doesn't work correctly.

Also the FIFA 96 PAL which sheep2001 mentioned is in his box.net, but https://app.box.com/shared/qmp5q4gmh5 doesn't seem to work...?
