Wow thanks Arseen! I have been looking for this cover for quite some time and this placeholder is more than good enough for me. Who's cover is this and where did you find it?

I think I got semi ready cover from some one here (logos, front image and screenshots in wrong template).

Just hunted down the back text and inplanted it in to Vertical template.

Still needs SNS code, and cleaning, and some other minor stuff.

And ordered CIB JAP copy of the game yesterday so I can scan it and make one with correct front image and logos.

Anyone has Tales of Phantasia universal game case in horizontal version? I've a wallpaper that might be good for cover art:

It's not perfect, but your horizontal called the game Final Fantasy Mystic Quest on the back, so I had to try and throw something together. I  just cleaned it up a bit, and re-sampled a few things. Hope you don't mind:
