I love the title of that game is a masturbation joke.
Spanky is a Monkey.
The cover looks good, it can use some moire removal, and the yellow has a black outline when it should not. Maybe some higher contrast. Also relapse the seal on the front with the one on the back.

Nice.

Just 3 things:

1: Try solidifying the Natsume logos purple area (choose it with magic tool and paintbucket it with single shade).
2: See how the sky changes smoothly blurry in above thje Spanky's cap? Can you try to do the same with the sky in the top right corner (if the image woukld be right way up), now thje change is blocky.
3: There is purple line next to the SNS code on the back cover.
