EDIT:
After remembering, I know there is Pilotwings vertical US cover somewhere, will link it when I locate it.
And there are Brunswick raws in the Raws section (If this is the Bowling game)

Alright, the cover is done and currently uploading to "your" special area on my box.net.
Unfortunately i wasn't able to find the NTSC Barcode and "SNS P...." Code on the back.
Ninretro.de, gamefaqs.com or either mobygames.com have no scan of the back! :-(
I also looked at google's picture search...

that was me.
Still working on rescanning that box... have had some issues with the scanner again... not a fan of hp.
Also if the guy doing verticals could scan his box for paper boy 2.... id rather have non vertical of it.... but his has to be in better shape than mine
